What we do

Eleven building blocks. Each one fixes a problem you know.

For a company that sells, follows files and has a team. Each block is independent, connects to your tools and is measured. You take the ones you need, in the order you want.

The blocks

What it does today, what it becomes.

One file, everything known

TodayYou ask where a file stands; someone opens three tools and a binder to answer. Missing documents are discovered at closing time.

One screen per file, fed by your software and your documents: the stage, what is missing, the next action, who owns it, for how many days. Missing documents are requested from the customer by SMS or email with a link to send them as a photo; what arrives is recognised, checked and filed in the right place. Nothing moves to the next stage without its document.

Demand / supply matching

TodayA customer is looking for something specific. What you take into stock or catalogue goes into a team chat, and nobody makes the connection. The deal goes elsewhere.

A register of searches, filled effortlessly from your contacts, messages and calls. When an item comes in, matching runs before anything is listed: the sales reps concerned are alerted within a minute, with the delay you set before public listing. Everything is traced.

Bring in supply

TodayYour past customers, past sellers and unanswered requests are in your software. Nobody calls them back: a sales rep does not spend the day calling people who asked for nothing.

A follow-up of dormant contacts, by message or by call as you decide, with a script written and approved by you. Those who say yes become an appointment in the calendar of a human who closes. Those who say no are never contacted again.

Inbound triage

TodayRequests from ads, the website, marketplaces and messaging apps land on every rep. Casual enquiries take as long as good projects.

A reply within a minute, by message, day and night: three questions, not a form. The project is qualified, the record is created, and the right rep receives a ready customer with a summary. You see the yield of every ad and every channel.

Kept appointments

TodayNobody knows how many appointments fall through, with whom, or where they came from.

The appointment is created in the right rep's calendar, the customer is reminded the day before with a simple way to confirm or reschedule, the rep says with one click whether it happened. Every week, the rate of kept appointments per person and per source.

Delivery, payment, communication

TodayDeposits are tracked in a separate file, order forms go out by hand, communication asks whether it may publish.

Deposits and balances read from your software, a courteous balance reminder, a complete order form sent to the right people without anyone thinking about it, a closing file that builds itself, and the go-ahead sent to communication on the right day, with the files.

Email and SMS follow-ups

TodayFollow-ups happen when someone remembers, and it takes three exchanges to find a slot.

Short sequences per file status, written once and signed by the rep, that stop as soon as the customer replies. A link to pick a slot in the calendar's real availability. Mailings to your customers with tracking of opens and replies.

Phone line listening

TodayWhat is said on the phone exists only in the rep's head. A rep who leaves takes the conversations along.

Calls go through business telephony on the same phones, with the same numbers. Every conversation is transcribed within a minute and analysed against your checklist: promises become actions, omissions are flagged to the person, an evening report quotes the exact passage. Employees are informed in writing and the customer is told at the start of the call.

Reading team chat groups

TodayUseful information goes through a team group and gets lost: a new item in stock, a promise, an unanswered question.

The assistant reads what is written in the groups you choose, understands it, creates records, alerts whoever needs it and summarises every evening. Through the messaging platform's official channel when it exists, or through a company phone that is a member of the group. Private messages are never read.

10 · See clearly

Every exchange, wherever it happens

TodayEmails, SMS, chats, calls: everyone sees their part. Two people call the same customer back; a promise made by email is unknown to the person delivering.

Mailboxes are connected; with messages, calls and your software, everything is grouped by customer and by file. Before calling back, a rep sees what a colleague wrote this morning. What needs updating is updated, or proposed to you. An alert when something is off: a customer unanswered for 24 hours, a promise not kept, a price that contradicts the software.

Results per person

TodayYou know who sells. You do not know who loses deals and why, who leaves customers aside, who has nothing to do for hours, or who deserves to handle more.

Every week and every month, one sheet per person, built only on the facts the other blocks already record: what they produce, what they lose and why, what they leave aside, what they forget, their hours with no visible activity. A grade against objectives you set per role, and the three facts that weigh most. Everyone sees their own sheet; you decide, never the tool.

The connection

Your tools, not ours.

  1. 1

    Your business software

Through its API when it has one, through an export to start. It stays in charge of your data: we read continuously, we only write what you allow, and the screen lives alongside. The day you stop, it is intact.

  2. 2

Your mailboxes, your Drive, your calendars

Connected at administrator level, not with a password per person. Exchanges marked personal are not read.

  3. 3

    Your telephony and messaging

Business telephony on the existing phones, the company's business messaging, SMS from a number of yours. Nothing to install on your customers' side.

  4. 4

    A page on the phone

For checklists, declarations and one-click confirmations: a web page, no app to install, the same screen on a computer.

One day, when everything runs together

What it looks like, from morning to evening.

Yesterday's report is waiting for the owner: calls, promises, appointments booked, groups summarised, three points to watch. Blocks 8, 9, 10.07:30
Forty dormant contacts are followed up by message; four reply before noon, one appointment is booked for the closer. Blocks 3, 7.08:05
A rep writes to a customer already followed by a colleague: duplicate avoided, a single follow-up goes out. Block 10.09:12
A seller sends a document as a photo through yesterday's link: recognised, filed, ticked. The file becomes "ready to list". Block 1.09:40
A nine-minute call is transcribed: the agreed date becomes an action, a forgotten point is flagged to the rep within a minute. Block 8.10:15
A rep declares a new item in stock: posted to the team group, two buyers matched, public listing held for the set delay. Blocks 2, 9.11:40
The rep calls the buyer back and books Friday's test drive: calendar, confirmation, day-before reminder scheduled. Block 5.12:20
The closer calls a former customer: consignment accepted, file created, checklist ready for Thursday. Blocks 3, 1.14:00
A request arrives from an ad: qualified in two minutes by message, routed to the right rep, phone appointment tomorrow at 11. Block 4.16:45
A full payment is read in the software: the publication delay is set, communication will be alerted on the right day with the files. Block 6.17:30
The evening report goes out. Three things to handle tomorrow, the rest ran by itself. All blocks.18:30

Illustrative day, fictional vehicle-trading company. Numbers refer to the blocks.

The framework

What we hold to, whatever happens.

Call listening

By the rules

Employees are informed in writing of what is recorded and what it is for. The customer is told at the start of the call. The retention period is set. A customer who declines is respected with one gesture.

Results per person

Facts, a human decision

Objectives are set per role, everyone sees their own sheet, and you decide. The law forbids automated decisions about an employee; it does not forbid deciding with facts.

Your data

It stays with you

Everything is built in your tools or handed over to you. What we read in order to build is neither copied elsewhere nor used for anything else.

Tell us what you sell and what wastes your time. We come back with the blocks that matter, and a quote on your selection.
