Recruitment agencies

An agency that places more candidates without spending its days on the phone.

Candidates are called back and screened as soon as they apply, interviews are booked in the right consultant's calendar, and the companies in your database are called to find out who is hiring. Your consultants keep the interview and the client relationship.

What happens today

The best candidate is often the one you reached first.

Candidates

Applications arrive faster than anyone can call back

An available candidate answers several job ads on the same day. Whoever calls first gets the interview.

Screening

Pre-screening eats up the day

Availability, mobility, driving licence, expected salary: the same questions, asked by hand, dozens of times a week.

Clients

Business development comes last

Calling companies to find out who is hiring, following up past clients: nobody has the time between two interviews.

What Nodical does

The agent handles the phone. The consultant handles the interview.

  1. 1

Every application is called back within a minute

The agent calls on behalf of the agency, checks interest in the role and asks your screening questions, the ones you write.

  2. 2

    Answers arrive sorted

Availability, mobility, role criteria: the candidate record fills itself, and the best matches rise to the top.

  3. 3

The interview is booked and confirmed

In the right consultant's calendar, with a text reminder the day before. No-shows are visible by application source.

  4. 4

    Companies are called

Your database is called to learn who is hiring, for which roles and when. Real needs go to the consultant, with the conversation summarised.

Around the agent

What we connect around it, if you want.

  • One record per candidate and per company, up to date without typing
  • Candidates in your database called back when a matching role opens
  • Every exchange in one place: calls, texts, emails
  • Results per consultant and per job ad, every week

The eleven building blocks in detail →

What changes

Fewer hours on the phone, more interviews and placements.

TodayWith Nodical

The consultant calls candidates back in the evening, when possible.

The candidate is called back while still looking.

Pre-screening takes hours.

The agent asks the same questions; answers arrive sorted.

Missed interviews go unexplained.

Every interview is confirmed the day before; no-shows are visible by source.

Business development waits.

Companies are called, and every need comes back with its timing.

Questions

What agencies ask us.

Can the agent decide instead of the consultant?

No. It asks your questions and sorts the answers; choosing the candidate stays with the consultant. The agent introduces itself as the agency's assistant and never pretends to be human.

Can we call candidates already in our database?

Yes, within what your candidates agreed to and the rules that apply to their data; you decide who is called, and every call is recorded.

Does it connect to our recruitment software?

When the vendor provides access, yes; otherwise through an export of applications. Without that link, results arrive in Nodical and by email.

How much does it cost?

The agent minute at the price on the Pricing page, billed by the second. Whatever we connect around it is quoted once you have chosen what is useful to you.

We reply with what we would connect for you and a per-minute example.
