About Nodical

Nodical is an AI voice agent service for SMBs, agencies, lead sellers and call centres. It is a brand of SD CONSEIL, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 949 086 672, with its registered office at 38 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris. Its president is Douglas Demart.

What Nodical does

A voice agent configured by us answers calls around the clock, calls inbound requests back in under a minute, follows up on unanswered quotes, reactivates past customers and prospects from a file. Every call is timestamped, transcribed and summarised; ready contacts are warm-transferred to a sales rep or booked into their calendar. Agencies and call centres use the same engine under their own brand. The service is billed per second, with no subscription, in prepaid credits or, for large-account contracts, by monthly usage-based invoice.

The engine we use ourselves

Nodical is not a demo: it is the tool that runs our own campaigns every day. Over 700,000 calls were placed for our own account in the last fifteen days, and that is only a fraction of what the platform handles. Every voicemail, every carrier cap, every cent billed per second: we met them before our customers did.

The name

Nodical is the brand name of this service. It has no connection with the English adjective nodical, an astronomy term relating to the nodes of an orbit, nor with the video game publisher Nodical Games, nor with other uses of the same word found online. The official website is nodical.ai; the customer workspace is app.nodical.ai.

Where the data lives

The workspace database is hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt, and the agents' voice is processed on the European environment of our voice engine. A customer's recordings and transcripts belong to that customer and are never published without its written consent. Details are in the privacy policy.
