Callback in under 60 seconds

The lead who just filled in your form is called back within the minute.

Not Thursday. Not “as soon as possible”. Now, while they're still on your site, before they open your competitor's tab.

What happens today

A lead doesn't die of a no. It dies of waiting.

The 10:12 form

Called back at 4 pm, or tomorrow

Meanwhile they filled in three other forms. The first one to call back got the meeting.

The weekend

Nobody's there

Saturday's requests wait until Monday. On Monday, they no longer pick up.

The spike

Ten requests at once

Your rep calls two of them back. The other eight are lost without anyone deciding it.

What Nodical does

Every form triggers a call, at any hour, in your company's name.

  1. 1

    The form comes in

Website, landing page, directory, social network: as soon as the request exists, the call goes out.

  2. 2

Nodical calls back within the minute

It introduces itself in your company's name, recalls what the person asked for, and asks the qualifying questions you set.

  3. 3

    It handles the basic objection

“Just looking”, “it's for later”, “send me an email”: answers prepared with you, follow-up scheduled if now isn't the time.

  4. 4

It hands over live, or books a meeting

A ready prospect is passed straight to your rep, context already noted. Otherwise a slot is booked in their calendar.

The proof

Listen to a real callback, in full.

Recording coming soon

The timestamped log is the call's own, not an illustration. Time values appear as soon as a real call is published.

What it replaces

The “when we get to it” callback.

Without NodicalWith Nodical

The lead waits for someone to be free.

The lead is called back while they're still waiting.

The rep calls back the ones they guess are hot.

Everyone is called back; the rep only gets those who said yes.

Evenings and weekends, nothing happens.

The call goes out at 9 pm on Saturday as at 10 am on Tuesday.

Nobody knows how many leads never got a call.

Every request has its log: received, called, outcome.

Questions

What we get asked about callbacks.

How does Nodical know a form came in?

Through a link with your website or form tool (native form, Typeform, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or a simple send to an address). We connect it with you during onboarding.

Does the prospect know they're talking to an AI?

Yes, if they ask: the agent introduces itself as your company's voice assistant and never pretends to be human. That's a compliance rule, not an option.

What if the prospect doesn't pick up?

Nodical leaves a message, sends a follow-up SMS, and retries in the time slots you defined. An unreachable contact costs no credit.

What if my rep isn't available for the transfer?

The agent books a meeting in their calendar, or notes the best time to be called back. Nothing falls through.

Which countries and languages?

French, English and Spanish to start, with local numbers. Calling hours follow the called person's country.

Tell us your volume of requests. We call you back with a worked example, and you listen to what it sounds like.
