Training providers

Advisers who only talk to candidates ready to enrol.

Enquiries from your forms are called back quickly, the project is checked against your own criteria, and suitable candidates get an appointment with an adviser, confirmed by text. The others are classified, with the reason.

What happens today

An enrolment enquiry cools down fast.

Enquiries

They arrive in batches

A form filled in at night, a campaign going live, a trade show: enquiries pile up and the oldest are only called back the next day, after the candidate has spoken to another provider.

Qualification

Advisers call everyone back

Employment status, availability, equipment, funding: your advisers ask the same questions all day, including to people who won't be able to take the course.

Appointments

Booked appointments are missed

An appointment set too far ahead or without a reminder is forgotten. The adviser waits, calls back, and the day slips.

What Nodical does

The agent makes the first call. The adviser handles the enrolment.

  1. 1

    Every enquiry is called back

As soon as it arrives, within the hours you set. A candidate who doesn't answer is called again later; a candidate who asks to be called at a given time is, by the agent, picking up the conversation.

  2. 2

The project is checked against your criteria

The agent asks your questions, in order and in your words: situation, availability, equipment, motivation. It promises nothing you haven't written.

  3. 3

The appointment is booked with the right adviser

In the right team's calendar, with a confirmation text to the candidate and an alert to the adviser. Or as a live transfer, if an adviser is available.

  4. 4

Every call is classified, with the reason

Appointment, call back, not eligible, unreachable: you see why, campaign by campaign, and you can correct a classification in one click.

Around the agent

What we connect around it, if you want.

  • One calendar per team of advisers, with alerts and a reminder before each appointment
  • Appointments left without follow-up flagged to the team lead
  • All of the candidate's exchanges on one record: calls, texts, notes
  • Recordings and summaries, to train your advisers

What changes

Advisers who enrol instead of sorting.

TodayWith Nodical

Evening enquiries are called back the next day.

They are called back within the hours you set, without waiting for a free adviser.

Every adviser asks everyone the same questions.

They receive an already qualified candidate, with the conversation summarised.

A forgotten appointment is discovered at the scheduled time.

The candidate is confirmed by text and the adviser alerted beforehand.

Nobody knows why a campaign isn't working.

Every call has a result and a reason, and you see where it gets stuck.

Questions

What training providers ask us.

Can the agent follow our script exactly?

Yes. In strict script mode, it says your sentences word for word and asks your questions in order; it only recognises the answer and moves on. You can also give it more freedom.

Who do we call?

You decide: people who made an enquiry, a file you provide. The rules that apply to your contacts are yours to check; the agent applies your hours and every call is recorded.

Does the candidate know they're talking to an AI?

The agent introduces itself as your organisation's assistant and never pretends to be a person. If asked, it confirms it.

How much does it cost?

The agent minute at the Pricing page price, counted per second. What we connect around it is quoted once you've chosen what you need.

Tell us how many enquiries you get, and how many become enrolments.

We'll reply with the journey we'd set up for you and a per-minute worked example.
