The database is hosted by Neon Inc. in the European Union (Frankfurt).

All content of the Service (texts, visuals, logo, symbol, pictograms, published recordings, code) is the property of NODICAL or its partners, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Call recordings published on the site are published with the consent of the persons concerned.

Personal data and cookies

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The website sets no audience-measurement or advertising-tracking cookie. The customer workspace uses one session cookie strictly necessary for signing in.

Disputes

The Service is intended for professionals. Any dispute relating to its use falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
