One public price list, the same for everyone. You pay for the time actually spoken, to the second, with a 20-second minimum per answered call; an unanswered call costs nothing. The more you call, the less a minute costs.

Discount above each threshold
Each minute is paid at the price of the band it falls in during the month. Stop whenever you want.
Your tier price straight away
You choose a monthly volume: all your minutes at that tier's price, and the tier's concurrent calls from day one. The committed volume is billed as a minimum each month, with no set term, and your €390 onboarding is refunded.
Statement, then invoice
On your anniversary date, your statement appears in your workspace, call by call. You confirm it in one click and receive your invoice right away.
Above 500,000 minutes a month, the price is negotiated against a volume commitment, depending on the term you choose. Two ways to pay: prepaid, by top-up, or on terms, 30 to 60 days after your usage, subject to your company's eligibility.

The questions we get asked
Before signing, people want to know this.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your line keeps answering and passing calls to your team — that's the rule, and it's not negotiable. Only your agent's outbound calls pause until the next top-up. We warn you at 20% remaining.
Why a 20-second minimum?
Because picking up, listening and hanging up on a voicemail uses voice and telecom even when nobody speaks. Twenty seconds cover that cost without charging you a full minute.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer: you order a top-up in your workspace, receive a pro forma invoice with our IBAN and a reference, and your credits are added on receipt, usually within one to two business days. The final invoice is delivered in your workspace.
What's the commitment?
None is required. Without a commitment, each minute is paid at the price of its band in the month. With a volume commitment, and no set term, you get your tier price from the first minute. Above 500,000 minutes a month, the price is negotiated against a commitment.
Do inbound calls cost anything?
Those your agent handles, yes, at the same price as an outbound call, per second. Those simply passed to your team, without the agent, are free.
