Base reactivation

Your unanswered quotes and past customers are worth more than a new campaign.

People who already know you, asked for a price, or bought once. Nobody called them back. Nodical does, one by one, and only returns the ones who are ready.

What happens today

The base sleeps because following up is the job nobody has time for.

The quote sent

Never chased

They were waiting for a call about two questions. They ended up signing elsewhere, or doing nothing.

The customer from two years ago

Happy, then forgotten

They would have referred. They would have bought again. Nobody asked.

The “to call back” list

Too long for one rep

They call the first ten. The other four hundred stay in the file.

What Nodical does

It calls the whole list, requalifies, and returns the ready ones, with the reason.

  1. 1

    You import your list

Pending quotes, past customers, dormant prospects: one file, one phone column. Duplicates and opted-out numbers are removed.

  2. 2

Nodical calls back, in your company's name

It recalls the context (“you asked us for a quote for…”), asks where the need stands, and notes the answer.

  3. 3

    It sorts: ready, later, never

Ready gets a live transfer or a meeting. Later is followed up on the stated date. Never leaves the list, with the reason.

  4. 4

You get a short, qualified list

In your workspace: who's hot, why, and when to call. Exportable, with summary and transcript.

The proof

Listen to a real follow-up call, in full.

Recording coming soon

The timestamped log is the call's own. Time values appear as soon as a real call is published.

What it replaces

The afternoon of follow-ups the rep postpones every week.

Without NodicalWith Nodical

The rep follows up when there's a gap, which is rarely.

The whole list is called within the window you set.

An email follow-up, opened or not, unanswered.

A conversation: the person says where they stand, and why.

“Not now” gets lost with the “no”.

Every “not now” gets a callback date, and it's kept.

Nobody knows why the quote didn't close.

The reason is noted, quote by quote: price, timing, competitor, project dropped.

Questions

What we get asked about reactivation.

Am I allowed to call back my past customers and quotes?

A customer or someone who contacted you can be recontacted within that relationship. Numbers on the do-not-call register are removed before any call, and you confirm the origin of each list.

How does the agent know what to say to each person?

Your file carries the context (quote subject, date, amount if you wish). The agent recalls it and follows the script set with you.

What happens to a contact who doesn't answer?

They're retried at other times, get a follow-up SMS, then leave the list if still unreachable. An unreachable contact costs no credit.

Can I follow up by SMS instead of a call?

Yes. SMS suits a simple re-contact (“reply YES to be called back”); voice suits when a conversation is needed. Both run on the same meter.

What's the minimum volume?

None. A list of thirty quotes is a good start; a base of several thousand past customers too.
