Outbound prospecting

The first call, the one nobody likes making, is the one Nodical makes.

Qualification, basic objections, meeting booking. Your rep only joins the conversation when someone is waiting for them.

What happens today

Prospecting stops the day the rep finally has customers to serve.

The five-hundred-row file

Three afternoons of “no”

A rep lasts two hours. The rest of the file will never be called.

The outsourced floor

One script per operator

Expensive, variable, and you never hear what was said in your name.

The right prospect, the wrong time

“Call me in three months”

Nobody notes it, nobody calls. Three months later, they chose elsewhere.

What Nodical does

It calls, qualifies, handles the objection, and hands over at the right moment.

  1. 1

You import your file and set the script

Target, qualifying questions, transfer criteria, objections and answers: set with you, tested on the first calls, adjusted.

  2. 2

Nodical calls in the chosen window

Within the legal hours of the called country, from a local number, introducing itself in your company's name.

  3. 3

It qualifies and handles the basic objection

Need, decision-maker, timing, indicative budget. “Not interested” isn't an end: it asks why, and notes it.

  4. 4

    Warm transfer or meeting

The qualified prospect is passed live to your rep, or a slot is booked in their calendar. The rest is followed up on the stated date.

The proof

Listen to a real prospecting call, in full.

Recording coming soon

The timestamped log is the call's own. Time values appear as soon as a real call is published.

What it replaces

The floor, the junior SDR, the afternoons of “no”.

Without NodicalWith Nodical

A different script at every desk, depending on the person and the hour.

The same script on the first call and the ten-thousandth.

The rep spends most of the day finding who to call.

They only talk to people who are waiting for their call.

You don't know what was said in your name.

Every call is recorded, transcribed, summarised, in your workspace.

The file stops at row 60.

The file is called to the end, and the “laters” come back on their date.

Questions

What we get asked about prospecting.

Who can I call in prospecting?

Professionals in the course of their business, and consumers who consented or aren't on the do-not-call register. Nodical removes opted-out numbers before any call; you attest the origin of each file at onboarding.

Does the AI present itself as an AI?

Yes, if asked, plainly. It introduces itself in your company's name and never pretends to be human.

How does the warm transfer work?

When the prospect is qualified and available, the agent says it's handing over and transfers the call to your rep's number. If they don't answer, a meeting is booked.

How many calls a day?

What your file and hours allow: the agent calls in parallel, no queue. The pace is set with you so your rep can keep up.

What does an unanswered call cost?

Nothing. Only completed conversations and sent SMS consume credits.

Give your rep meetings, not a file.
